We start by understanding your hotel's character, location, and the feeling you want guests to experience. Norbert reads the space — focal points, lighting, flow, what's missing — while Birgit considers proportion, mood, and how her photography will anchor each room. The Space Read assessment captures all of this so you have the vocabulary to brief with confidence.
What is the typical timeline for a Clarity Session?
From the moment you submit your photos, we deliver your Space Read and Vision Render within 7–10 working days. You see your spaces transformed on screen before you make any commitment.
How involved will I be in the design process?
Minimal on your end. You send 2–3 photos of each key space from different angles. We handle the rest — assessment, rendering, and delivery. The process is designed to feel like hospitality, not procurement..
Do you work with specific budgets or cost ranges?
The Clarity Session is £495 and is deductible from the full commission if you proceed. The full commission typically ranges from £1,500 – £5,500 depending on the number of spaces and the scope. We discuss budget and options once you have clarity on what you want.
What if I'm not satisfied with the Vision Render?
If after your Vision Render you don't feel you have complete clarity about what your spaces need — we refund your £495 in full. No questions asked. Our guarantee backs our work.
