1. About STILLSHAUS
STILLSHAUS provides curated photographic artwork and wall art solutions primarily for hotels, hospitality businesses and other commercial interiors.
The STILLSHAUS website is intended primarily for business customers and is used to showcase our artwork, services and design concepts.
Products cannot currently be purchased directly through this website. Customers may contact us to discuss a project or request a quotation.
2. Enquiries and Quotations
Information submitted through our website does not constitute an order or create a contract between you and STILLSHAUS.
Following an enquiry, STILLSHAUS may provide recommendations, visualisations, specifications and/or a written quotation.
Any quotation will set out the products or services being offered, applicable prices and, where appropriate, delivery arrangements, payment terms and other conditions relating to the project.
A contract will only arise once an order or quotation has been formally accepted in accordance with the terms provided with that quotation.
3. Photography and Intellectual Property
All original photography, artwork, designs, visualisations, graphics, branding and other creative material displayed on the STILLSHAUS website are protected by intellectual property rights.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the photography and artwork remain the intellectual property of STILLSHAUS and/or the original photographer or creator.
Purchasing a physical artwork or print does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
No photograph, artwork or other STILLSHAUS content may be copied, reproduced, downloaded for commercial use, distributed, modified, resold as a reproduction or otherwise commercially exploited without our prior written permission.
4. Artwork Images, Colours and Appearance
We make every reasonable effort to represent our artwork accurately.
However, the appearance and colours of artwork displayed digitally may vary depending on screen settings, devices, printing processes, materials, finishes, framing and lighting conditions.
Images displayed on the STILLSHAUS website should therefore be regarded as representative rather than an exact colour reference for the finished physical artwork.
5. Room Mock-ups and Visualisations
STILLSHAUS may create digital room mock-ups and visualisations showing how selected artwork could look within a hotel, restaurant, office or other interior.
These room mock-ups and visualisations are illustrative and do not form a contractual representation of the finished result.
They are intended to help customers assess artwork, style, positioning and overall visual impact within a space.
Scale, proportions, colours, framing, positioning and other visual details shown within a mock-up may differ from the finished installation.
Final artwork sizes, specifications, materials and finishes will be confirmed separately before an order is placed.
Room photographs or other materials supplied by a customer for the purpose of creating a visualisation remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Prices and Quotations
Prices may vary depending on artwork size, printing material, framing, quantity, delivery requirements and the individual requirements of a project.
Where STILLSHAUS provides a quotation, the quotation will specify the price and what is included.
Unless stated otherwise, website content does not constitute a binding offer or fixed-price commitment.
7. Orders, Changes and Cancellations
As products cannot currently be purchased directly through the STILLSHAUS website, submitting an enquiry does not constitute an order and there is no obligation to proceed.
Specific terms concerning payment, production, changes, cancellation, delivery, damaged goods, returns and refunds will be provided as part of the quotation or order process where applicable.
Many STILLSHAUS products may be printed, framed or produced specifically for an individual project. Once production has commenced, cancellation or changes may therefore be restricted in accordance with the terms agreed when the order is placed.
